My Philosophy

At Try Yoga Life, I believe in the transformative power of yoga. My philosophy centers on fostering mindfulness and holistic well-being for all practitioners, from beginners to advanced yogis.

About me

Hi, I’m Michelle, a passionate Hatha Yoga instructor with a deep commitment to helping students find balance, strength, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. Certified in the 200-hour Hatha Yoga, I combine classical Hatha techniques with modern teaching methods to create a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. With a focus on proper alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement, I ensure that each class is accessible to students of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will enter a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your practice at your own pace. Hatha Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey of self-discovery and inner peace. Through each asana and breath, I encourage students to connect with their true selves, cultivate awareness, and experience profound relaxation and clarity in a space that’s all about your growth.
