Hi, I’m Michelle, a passionate Hatha Yoga instructor with a deep commitment to helping students find balance, strength, and mindfulness both on and off the mat. Certified in the 200-hour Hatha Yoga, I combine classical Hatha techniques with modern teaching methods to create a holistic experience that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. With a focus on proper alignment, breathwork, and mindful movement, I ensure that each class is accessible to students of all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you will enter a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your practice at your own pace. Hatha Yoga is not just a physical practice, but a journey of self-discovery and inner peace.
